2016 ASK Corporate Annual Symposium was held at Nanjing National Exhibition Center on January 9, 2016. This annual gathering has been designed to celebrate the corporate success in 2015 and to prepare the corporate directions for 2016; more than 1000 ASK employees attended this annual symposium as usual. Dr. Qingcai Chen, ASK CEO and Chairman of the Board, opened the symposium with his annual State of the Corporate Address. By presenting the latest government policies in healthcare and public health, discussing challenges and directions in current economy and facing domestic pharmaceutical industry, Dr. Chen summarized ASK’s major accomplishments in 2015, and outlined the 2016 working theme of “We strive for innovation”. In particular, he detailed the importance of innovation from perspectives of corporate operation, and elaborated on why and how innovations can drive future growth and success in R & D, production and sales for ASK Corporate in his address.Following Dr. Chen’s address, the subjects of “Innovation and Collaboration” were discussed throughout the entire symposium by all attendees; numerous departments and employees actively participated in the discussion by sharing their experience and reflection, by presenting real examples and routine cases, and by demonstrating in onstage performance. In addition, more than a hundred employees received various awards for their outstanding annual performance and contributions to corporate development and success in 2015. These employees represented the excellence of ASK Corporate workforce, and they have been voted by their peers for their exemplary service to ASK Corporate. In 2016, ASK Corporate will focus on the corporate vision of “Driven for Health, Growth on Health”, and carry out the corporate mission towards “Innovation and Collaboration”. We look forward to working collaboratively and productively as a whole, and striving for a brighter and healthier corporate success in the coming year.
